Real Estate

 

Our Real Estate Department acquires, develops and maintains some of the nation’s best service stations. Gill Energy is constantly looking for new sites to develop and acquire. Our site selection criteria is as follows:

o Freestanding Location

o Corner location at signalized intersection

o High-volume intersection location

o Visibility must be good

o Frontage must be adequate for convenience and gasoline

o Lot size of at least one acre

o Building size of a minimum of 2,500 square feet

o Accommodates at least 6 multiproduct fuel dispensers (MPDs)
